I want to live within a short (< 30 min) trip to this address:

경기 부천시 오정구 작동 63-7

It's not a school. It's a gym, one of my favorites in Korea :p

To live near one of the line 7 stations to the south would be nice, but not necessary.

If you can recommend an area or particular school, or suggest an area or school to avoid, please do. I'd really appreciate it. I would be open to consider hagwon positions, too, if you had good experience at one in this area!

I live in Bucheon. The best areas are near Lotte and Hyundai department stores, Shinjungdong Station and Bucheon City Hall Station. I don't live near those areas, I live by Yeokgok Station closer to Seoul. Not much happening in this area, but I wouldn't say that you should avoid any part of Bucheon. It's a nice city. Seems kind of silly to move to a place because of a gym, though, no offense. Also that address is kind of in the boonies. Bucheon is huge so it could take you up to an hour to go from one place in Bucheon to the other depending on where you are and where your destination is.

PS There are no line 7 stations south of line 1... they are all north of line 1. South of line 1 is Seoul and Gwangmyeong.
