The police booked the 24-year-old father, identified as Lee, without physical detention on charges of violating child welfare laws and are tracking down the whereabouts of his 22-year-old wife, identified by her surname Yun, who also left home. Lee allegedly ran away in February after having a quarrel with his wife, leaving his four-year-old girl and one- and three-year-old boys alone at home in Ilsan, Kyonggi Province, police said.
