| Was wondering if anyone knows any recruiters that will help place you in a school that accommodates teachers with dependents or a school that doesn't mind you bringing family with you to Korea. I will be paying their airfare there. |

Wife and baby/single child may be do-able. Get a job. Get settled and figure out which was is up then just bring them over "after the fact". It is a non-issue.
Wife and school-age kids (more than 1) and entry level EFL employment becomes logistically impossible for a multitude of reasons.
If you are a certified teacher then get out of EFL and look at decent international schools across the continent. Remuneration packages are better, often include tuition and relocation assistance.

| Yes it did answer my question. I am finding it rather difficult to find a job because it is actually my husband who is the dependent and I have two daughters. I have had a lot of recruiters contact me but once I tell them I have dependents I don't hear from them again. I am actually working with three that said they will be able to help me find a job. Just wanted to know if it is really realistic getting a job with family or just give up my search. I do not have a teaching certificate so the other option is out. |

Can you get a job = yes.
Can you support a family on that job = maybe (lots of factors come into play).
Can the 4 of you live in a studio apartment of about 300 square feet?
Are the children preschool or school age - makes a big difference.
If you are intent on heading abroad and supporting your dependents then your best bet is to not tell the recruiters about them.
Find a job.
Come on over.
Get settled. Get over the culture shock and get adjusted into your new job and surroundings BEFORE spending a small fortune to relocate your family.
AFTER you are settled then look for suitable accommodation and bring your family over.
It is do-able.
IF your kids are school aged then you also have the issue of dealing with their education. If they are preschool then they can adjust, pick up a new language and make use of the more affordable public school system.
As a hagwon or PS teacher you won't be able to afford a private or international school for your kids (tuition in the range of $10k-20k per student per year).
