Apartment is a studio with a loft bed. Right on the main street in Haebangchon, not up any hills (but still pretty quiet)! I'm not sure of the square footage... it's not a big place, but it isn't a closet, either. Maybe 500 square feet. Utilities are very cheap: usually around 50,000, about 70,000 AT MOST in the winter.
Rent includes hot water. Furniture is 200,000W and includes desk, couch, wardrobe, computer chair, washing machine, bed, refrigerator, a few other trinkets. FREE internet until April, then I believe you'd have the option of taking over the current contract.
Key money is 5,000,000. An installment plan is possible... you'd have to talk to the landlord. My friend did that, so I think it's an option. Small, quiet pets are okay.
