The subject of fortune telling may hold some fascination for you as a historical subject. More power to you. I'm just letting you know that in Korea, in 2013, fortune telling is widely seen as a sleazy business. You'll see fortune tellers everywhere, including subway stations and even job fairs. They even have fortune tellers next to the Yongsan CGV IMAX box office to tell you which movie to see and where to eat lunch in I Park mall.
I've had Koreans warn me to stay away from them and if you start talking with them hold onto your wallet. |

| Oh I understand about those scam artist. This is something different entirely and i should not have used the term fortune teller. The Mundang are very rare and most non Koreans have never seen or heard of them. |
