Could someone please recommend somewhere in Seoul where I could send a couple of international faxes from? I will need to do it on a Saturday. I know I could try doing it from my school but I just don't want to deal with it. I know they don't want to show me how to use the fax machine and I'm faxing personal financial documents. I would rather go somewhere and pay to do it. I live in a small town so I don't know anywhere around here where I could fax them.

There are Kinko's all over the city, just do a google/naver search to find one nearest to you (if city hall isn't convenient). There may be a little trouble communicating in English, especially on a Saturday, but "Fax" is pretty straightforward and the same in Korean anyway.

You could also use your smart phone/tablet.

Take a photo of the document and use one of the fax apps. I have saved myself a bunch of headaches this way (though I don't live anywhere near a Kinkos).

I'll show you how to use the fax machine from a public school.

Step 1: Insert your stack of paper to be faxed into the hopper, either face-up or face-down as the icon on the hopper indicates.
Step 2: Dial 9-001-country code-area/city code (minus the leading 0, if there is one)-phone number. Some schools use 8 instead of 9 for outside access.
Step 3: Press the Dial/Send Fax button.
Step 4: Wait for the stack of paper to get cycled through the hopper.
Step 5: Wait for the "transmission successful" indicator on the phone screen.
Step 6: If the fax machine is set up for it, you'll also get a printed report immediately. Otherwise, you can go see the school secretary later in the day for the printout; just look for the number you dialed.

Every school I've seen in Korea has at least one copy/fax/printing store somewhere nearby. Go there, show them the stack of paper you want to send, and tell them the Korean name of the country you're sending it to. Also, show them your cover sheet (make sure you print your own cover sheet with the full phone number, including the 001 IDD prefix clearly indicated) and point to the destination phone number. I think the price ranges from 1,000 won to 2,000 won per page, depending on the destination.
