I got my issuance number today, called up the consulate over what I need to do but the language barrier made it quite difficult to understand what he was saying. I will be going to the London Consulate and from what I could understand I need to get there between 10 and 12 but I don't know exactly what I need to bring or what the process will be.

Could anyone whose done it before help me out? I don't want to turn up and find out that i'm missing something important...

Ok, i found out about two forms I need to fill out, the application and the checklist.
The checklist has this section:

11) Is Your College / University of graduation been authorized by the Government? And, are the Degrees officially certified? □ Yes □ No
If yes, please answer a.~d. below.
a. College / University of graduation : ( )
b. College / University Address : ( )
c. College / University Home Page : ( )
d. College / University Phone No. : ( )
12) Do you agree to confirm your academic career? □ Yes □ No
If yes, Fill in the following blanks to confirm your academic career.
a. Date of Entrance : ( ), b. Date of Graduation: ( )
c. Degree Name : ( )
d. Major : ( ), e. Study Period : ( Years)

I transferred Universities in my third year and had a slight change in my Major name, under academic career should I say my date of entrance was when I first started University, or when I first started my University of graduation? If I say I only studied for 1 year would it hurt my application? And if I put it as my academic career starting when it did, will they bother to check into it enough that they will get confused by the conflicting information?

At my Korean consulate most or some of the officers spoke English. Over the phone can be harder for non-natives than in person. So, I'd just wait till I got there.
normally, people list the major they graduated with, on my diploma it states the faculty. You definitely need to state that u have the full 4 years though (or 3 if so). They don't really care about your major.

I've already been now, but I did what you said and just added a note in the box at the bottom saying I spend 2 years at X university and transferred for my third year at Y University, fingers crossed it doesn't cause any issues
