A few weeks ago I was joking about losing my ARC so I could keep it as a souvenir.
Oddly enough, I've actually really lost it.
I would go to immigration to order a new ARC but I don't think it will arrive before I leave. What are my options?
I can go to immigration in the next few days, I just won't be here in two weeks, which is how long I hear it takes to process and mail the new card.
I don't want to pay that 100,000₩ fine. |

| You can go to immigration and get a certificate of alien registration (외국인사실증명서) which you can use in place of your card. I think it costs 1000 won. |
