Hi, it's probably a long shot, but does anyone know of a place for hypnotherapy? Friends back home have used it help motivate themselves and to quit smoking and I want to give it a try.
Any ideas?

you can download hypnosis mp3s from 'ternet. id also say that nothing will make you stop smoking apart from wanting too. if you dont really want to quit, you wont.
having said that, i tried those horrible white 'the one' low tar last month. they were so weak that i quit before i even started trying...
