But it is wonderful, that's why so many people want to get into the U.S.. Also we do not wory about lists. It's the biggest party in history. the world imitates us, they watch our movies use our inventions. So keep reading those lists if that's what turns your crank. We just keep rolling along.

US does housing well. There is no other country in the developed world were you can get as amazing craftsmanship of a home as in America for the price. Clothes are also a great value in my home country along with food, gas, and entertainment (I stayed at the Hyatt in DC for $67 dollars a night woo woo!) but we do not do health care efficiently or even well at this point statically speaking.

It's important to address issues that need fixing and in America, health care needs major fixing.

Personally, I'd give up a lot of the things America is known for like big houses, variety of entertainment, space, food, clothes, etc to get decent health care. It cannot be as hard as the government is making it out to be! But then again, the politicians are doing what we Americans do best..watching out for themselves (ie, making money)!

I think we could have good affordable healthcare without sacrificing the great things about America if only we had politicians that weren't trying to undermine their own government.

What was the standard that was used in this I am sure totally accurate scientific poll. Number of olympic gold medals, perhaps some other standard. perhaps hopitals and clinics like those in Canada that do not have doctors on call just paramedics and maybe a nurse.

meaningless! let the good times roll.
