I really need a vacation. I'd like to get out of Korea, but just getting a break from Seoul would also be sufficient.
Jeju is always sold out 5+ months before these three day weekends, and going there by ferry would take too long for the short amount of time I'd have.
The cheapest flights I've seen are to Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, and Taipei, but I've already been to the latter three. Hong Kong flights are inconvenient with the 20+ hour flight times stopping over in Beijing.
Philippines is also expensive.
Suggestions?
Within Korea, I've thought of Wan-do and Ulleung-do. |

If you ever have a long vacation you might consider the ferry from Okinawa to Taipei. Another thing for about 3 grand or so you can go to North Korea. |
