Good, bad, ugly? I have scoured the internet but can't seem to pull up any feedback. I like to think no news is good news but they aren't letting me speak to the teacher I am replacing as the person has become "unreliable" That seems sketch but of course it could also be true.

It will be very unlikely you'll get any feedback on that specific public school (given so few foreigners work in any given public school).

It's worth a shot i suppose (asking questions here), but i wouldn't get my hopes up.

If you're happy with the location and the pay, i'd say just go for it. Everything involves some leap in the dark.

man, i worked in 3 hs and they were all awesome. thing is just make sure you do this, take my advice: just be cool and dont make any problems, unless youre not getting paid. These schools are full of old Ajushiis who get their egos massaged everyday by all the kids bowing and being dependant on their knowledge, thinking of the uni entrance test.

I had alot of fun, made a nice bit of coin, and had some nice surprise days off, just ...learn your place. You and I (was) there to assist their listening for that Uni test.

I thank god everyday for SOONEUNG and I hope it gets harder. It keeps alot of people employed.
