So my dad didn't have his citizenship certificate so I couldn't get an F4 visa. and someone told him the best way for me to get into Korea would be to get a Korean passport. I currently have a temporary Korean passport which expires 12/31/2014. I asked the lady at the consulate and she said if I go for longer than 90 days I will be inducted into the military. I have all my documents for the E-2 does anyone know if I will be inducted into the military even if I go on an E-2? (My name was put on the registry when I was 22 because of the attempt to get a korean passport). If so, is there any way to avoid going to the military?

Yes, stay out of Korea until you turn 36 or risk being abducted, er.... inducted.
