Hi,
I've ghosted this site for years, but never really posted. I request your expertise clarifying an issue:
I'm on a D-2 visa, finished my Masters at a Korean Uni. Is it still legal to work up to 20 hours per week on my D-2 visa?
My contract began in March, but I had to wait until today for my medical. I now have all the documents, but immigration is asking me to change my contract to April. My Uni is uncomfortable amending the contract to begin in April instead of March. I'm stuck in the middle and wondering about my options.
