By the way I've since settled on a formula for my gym man-shake. The secret formula is 200g coconut milk + 100g water + 6 raw eggs, shake well. Just over 1000 calories. ^^

Coconut milk has the advantage of just a touch of carbs/sugar, the perfect amount post workout, while coconut oil has none. Plus coconut milk is liquid, while coconut oil has to be heated. And not as thick and weighty as heavy cream. Takes just a minute to make.

Be careful out there, boosts testosterone thru the roof, hella manly saturated fat bomb. Cool
