|
|
Hello. I am starting to prepare my family's return to South Korea with my wife flying back on her Korean passport, my son and I on our British passports. My son is entitled to an F4 Visa with no problems but I would like to know the details to get an F6 Visa now.
I used to have an F2-1 Visa when I was in Korea in 2009 and I suppose Immigration will see me as a returning resident.
1. Is it difficult to get an F6 Visa?
2. What is the procedure to get a Visa?
3. Also as my wife has a British passport (without the knowledge of our local Korean Embassy in London) would I have difficulty getting a Visa if my wife sits on her UK Passport and uses her Korean Passport for a number of years until I can get Permanent Residency?
Any advice in this would be appreciated.
I am also starting to get my documents in order for my return as well. I have my certificates for my degrees and I would like to get my MA and BA (Hons) Appostilled (sp.??) and certified.
1. What is the process to get this sorted?
2. Would I also need a CRB Check from the UK with this being Appostilled (sp.???) as well?
3. If I am returning to Korea with the intention to get the F6 Visa, would I need all this paper work sorted?
I am a bit in the dark with regards to sorting out my paper work and wonder whether this could be done within Korea. I am planning to work for GEPIK in September 2013 and I know that Public Schools request particular pieces of paper whether you are applying for the F6 or E2 Visa.
Again, any help or insight in this would be greatly appreciated. |

Just bumping this thread up again as I am starting to get a number of different answers from various recruiters, etc. I have no problem getting my Disclosure from Scotland.
Can anyone answer some of my questions. |
