|

Hey folks, recently I bought some things for my apartment at Emart. I had to take a matress back, it was not what I needed. When they return at Emart, they actually refund the entire purchase, and then re-charge the goods minus the price of what you are returning.
Great. However it has been 10 days and the money has not been refunded into my South African bank account. My coteacher isn't bothered and I am down 200 000 won and I don't even have an ARC yet.
Has anyone had a similar experience with Emart? What can I do? Does it just take a really long time to get a refund?
Thanks |

KRW transfer to a South African bank account? Is that even possible? |

Of course, any refund can be made worldwide as far as I know. Just like you might send KRW to the states as remittance from your pay cheque. |

I've read that returns in Korea are done this way. They also take much longer to get credited back. Two weeks to a month. |
