Hi. Just wondering. My Korean-Canadian wife is in the process of getting her F5 visa. Is it possible for her to be my F2 sponsor after she gets her F5? |

Yes it is, it's not something that's very common, which will probably cause confusion/blank stares at immigration, but in the past, I believe they got F-2-3. Most spouses were moved to the F6 (those married to Korean citizens), but in your case I'm not sure if they've moved spouses of F5s to the F6 or not.
Call immigration, but it's definitely been possible in the past. |

Yes. I did it almost 2 years ago. My wife was on an F3 Visa.
As an F5, you can sponsor an F2-3 Visa.
Very Important.
You will need to have your marriage certificate registered in at least 2 countries. Canada and Korea for example. |
