Quote:
North Korea is blocking the entry of South Korean workers into a joint industrial zone, in a move seen as further escalating tensions.

Workers were being allowed to leave the Kaesong complex but not cross into it from the South, Seoul's Unification Ministry confirmed.

The Kaesong zone, which is a money-maker for the North, is seen as a key barometer of inter-Korean relations.

This has got me just a little worried.

The North are now officially cutting off their face to spite their nose!

The sooner this place opens up again my 'fear factor' will decrease Confused

Hasn't Kaesong closed before? I think I might be getting my facts confused.

Anyway yes, instead of getting into giant debates about what might happen, I'm watching my Twitter feed. Steve Herman tends to stay on top of things like this. And he had mentioned this by around 10 am this morning.

Yes, it closed in 2009. Still, it isn't a good sign.

N Korea sees this whole episode as posturing. They haven't had a war for 60 years. America might just go in there and start a war if N Korea doesn't watch out.

This is getting out of hand. I'm scared. Scared for my loved ones, myself, and the innocent people who will get hurt if anything happens.

I see this is your method of scaring off newbies from Korea. You've been ridiculous the past couple of days.

I think it's done the trick. There are pages and pages of scaremongering in the general section while traffic from newbies asking about their offer of a job from such and such a hagwan has come to a complete standstill in the job section.

^ Agree.

He's got no personal problem with the West, hell he probably likes the West and wants some Nikes, but dammit he has a country to run. He needs to shake his fist in the air and prove he's got balls. If he doesn't earn the respect of the people he's going to have trouble running his country. The problem is there is no wink, if he's not careful he's gonna get his teeth kicked in.

Nope. Just calling it how I see it. Things could turn to war very quickly here and a lot of people, myself included, are worried. If I was looking for a job I wouldn't be looking at Korea.
Also why would I want to scare noobs?
