My scummy ex boss has since changed the name of the hagwon after I informed him of my intent to file with the labour board. He's not that smart & put up signs saying the name will be changed from this to this on this date.

My question is, is your E2 visa tied to your employer AND the name of the school? ie does changing the school name affect your visa in anyway?

My ex co-workers are nice people and I don't want them to be working illegally because the director is stupid & thinks changing the name of the school is going to make any difference at labour board.

I tried calling immigration but they, as usual, are less than helpful. "I cannot answer that question. Please visit your local immigration office." Rolling Eyes
