I am applying to teach this August and was hoping for some assistance...

I do intend to learn some of the language before I go and while I am there...

I like the idea of somewhere mountainous or with a beach...

An area which is cheap and thus allows me to save...

Based on my research I have found Sokcho...although what concerns me is that guidebooks suggest it is expensive...is this generally or just certain restaurants?...is seafood well priced?...

I am aware that I am unlikely to be placed where I request but I'm doing what I can to get my application in ASAP...any other suggestions that would fit this criteria?...
