I just read another post about troubles encountered due to needing a CRC from both countries you hold citizenship of. Why does anyone tell them that they are a dual citizen? Couldn't you just choose to declare the citizenship of the passport you will be traveling on and leave it at that? Would they ever know if you didn't tell them?

Yeah, I hold dual citizenships. It asks on a Korean immi form "Other countries of citizenship:________" I thought, why would I tell them, nothing good could come of it.

I can't remember if forms ask you to put down if you are a citizen of another country. I'm a dual citizen, but I don't recall ever putting down anything other than American. Is that question on the forms? I can't remember.
