Mr Obama stopped short of calling the incident an act of terrorism.

The BBC's North America editor Mark Mardell says perhaps this was merely caution, although given that the president will face criticism for not using that word, it is certainly deliberate and may be significant.

My money is on anti-abortionists or similar fridge American organization....

If no one else takes credit for it, North Korea may be tempted to - even if no Nork agent was involved. Then again, if they were behind it, they might discretely not admit anything.

I think it could be the evil work of a domestic hate group - but big media networks in the U.S. may try to pin it on Muslims (and avoid getting targeted by anti-government gun wackos...) The last mile of the Boston Marathon was dedicated to families of Newton shooting victims, and some of them were seated near the finish line... http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/04/15/newtown-victims-boston-marathon-bombing-attack-sandy-hook/

I'm following this on a different forum and this is huge. Apparently the cops are finding more bombs and disarming them. They also have a Saudi suspect?

That might have been a premature rumor. Apparently now they don't have any idea who's behind this.

I think he's somehow connecting it to Adam Lanza's "Act of Revenge" at Sandy Hook for being bullied ... http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/04/07/adam-lanza-bullied-sandy-hook-elementary-school-shooting-motive/

I'm not sure about the "adulteration" part ...

just rumours. If North Koreans then there will be a reprisal. guaranteed. No quibbling or gnashing of teeth.

Maybe Muslims but then it doesnt fit. So who knows, betting on a nutjob. Adam Lanza type of loner. sicko.

Well, if it was done by a Muslim group one could say that it was revenge for killing of relatively innocent civilians by drone strikes...and "adulteration" of their religion.

My money is on some homegrown nut job. A Republican gun-lover type trying to prove a point. That stupid, stupid point they keep pressing: get rid of guns, and people will find other ways to kill en mass.

The explosions seemed too small and neat to be foreign terrorists. They would have gone bigger.
