I'm planning on transferring to a new hagwon in Seoul (currently on an E-2 in Gyeonggi-do). Do I need to resubmit a copy of my CRC and diploma to the education office in seoul?
They were submitted last year to the education office in gyeonggi-do. Is it a national education agency, or is it a provincial agency that we're submitting them to?
Thanks! |

I think you do need to submit if different MOE. The dilemma is will a copy do or will they want an original?
For copies you can get certified copies from immigration for a couple hundred won. It should work, but things can get mucked up I hear, with bureaucracies and that. |

IF you are on an E2 and transferring your visa to a new employer then a KIMMI issued copy of the documents on file at Kimmi will usually suffice. You will probably need a new medical however.
IF you are getting a NEW E2 then you will need new ones.
