When I look for a new place I always notice that officetels have extras that the "one rooms" don't have as often.
Usually it is just built in dressers/droors (for clothes) in the walls in the officetels but sometimes other things as well.
Anyone else ever notice more extras at officetels or has it just been my random personal experience????
Best wishes. |

In my experience, office tels include furniture and appliances but charge heavy monthly fees. Also, as compared to size, they are quite pricy. |

Officetels have more amenities because it's technically a commercial building. Some people run there business inside of an officetel. Officetels are also more expensive, so you pay for it in the long run. |
