I've been offered a position at the "Beyond Advanced" branch of a hogwan in Gwangju called Sunjin Language Institute. Has anyone worked for this school? Or can anyone offer any advice re: my situation?

From what I understand, Sunjin is fairly small. There are currently only two foreign teachers at the school, and both of them are leaving in July. They conducted my interview and they both seem to have enjoyed their time at Sunjin. They work a good shift with small class sizes and they create their own curriculum. I haven't spoken at all with the Korean manager but both of the current teachers say she is easy to get along with and she pays on time. My only reservation is the manager is only hiring one teacher to replace both of the current employees; if I take the position, I will be the only teacher at the school. Is this a reason to hesitate?
