I like Korean Air and have flown with them many times. The flight attendants are always very professional and friendly. A few times I traveled I've seen some Korean passangers be rather abusive to those girls. It's sad really.
The Americans should have arrested that guy. |

| What a douche bag. I hope at least the attendant pursues some kind of legal action against the guy and gets some blood money in return. |

| If her employer didn't do that, I can imagine the fall-out she would receive from them if she were to pursue legal action. The right thing would've been for the airline to take legal action and, as I mentioned earlier, to bar him from their flights. |

My guess is he was good 'n juiced up by the time they were approaching LAX and he wanted a hot ramen to straighten out. When the broad brought back something too lukewarm for his liking, he snapped.
I assume the chick was Korean, but does anyone know for sure it wasn't a western stewardess? |

They would have foreigners hired for when they fly to countries like Russia etc so they can offer that language. Most airlines are like that. Flying to LAX though, the flight attendants would be all Korean I would imagine.
Here's what happened (to those who speak Korean could translatehttp://issuliu.blog.me/120188453351
and here's POSCO's statement saying that they fired his ass: http://mbn.mk.co.kr/pages/news/newsView.php?news_seq_no=1337848
Someone mentioned over at the Marmot's hole of a 5 year ban from the states but it isn't mentioned online. |

If that account is true, he was acting like a douche from the moment he boarded the plane throughout the entire flight. It lists a number of complaints about him. Also, the nuance of the term used in the second article is that he was removed from his position as Director of new energy development or whatever it was, yet still remains employed by the firm. |

Was once on an Asiana flight and one of the stewardesses was a blonde blue-eyed babe with a Texas accent. The way she pronounced Incheon made some of the Koreans chuckle. |

| I can't fathom why the airline would allow someone who assaulted one of their flight attendants onto another of their flights. |
If Korean Air banned every passenger who misbehaved they'd have none left. |
