I've tried to fill it out on a several different comps, different OS and different browsers but every time the year column in the very first form where it asking when I'm first available...is empty. There are no options to pick. And when I try to go to the next stage it tells me to fill that column in, which is impossible, as there are no options.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Obvious things that I missed?
