The building is really new & well maintained. As well as having a washing machine in the room there are areas for drying clothes & a clothes dryer available for use by all residents. The rooftop area is good for nice views of the surrounding mountains, have a look at the website for more pictures.
The local area is fantastic for restaurants and market stalls selling fresh food.
Suyu station is a short 5 minute walk away & there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops there, including any well know western chains.
