Maybe because it lacks English cash dispensers.

When were they all removed? Last time I was at the airport, the ATM I used had an English menu also. |

I've never thought that the Incheon airport is the best I've been to. I'm not surprised that Changi got the nod, though my first and only visit to Singa-bore was in 2001.
Incheon's food and shopping offers aren't that good compared to other airports I've been at. |

There are none in the arrivals hall.
So foreigners jetting in to Korea are unable to access their money, unless they're able to read korean.
The only english cashpoints are hidden away, totally out of sight, at the entrance of customs, by the departures area on the 3F. Odd place to put them, and not even signposted. You'd never find them if you didn't already know where they were.

Its not bad but it irritates me that its impossible to get even a bite to eat after 9pm. |

This is correct. I don't know what the other posters are talking about.
Incheon is a very good airport. |

When you are in the International terminal, the airport is beautiful. It's comfortable too, with lots of TV's. Unfortunately Incheon just doesn't have that many things there yet, small restaurants etc. |

I like Incheon just fine, but Singapore is better.
I miss travelling. Just thinking about that beautiful time when you have passed all the security crap and you're free to wander around while you wait for a plane to take you to some awesome new place makes me want to book a ticket somewhere right now. |

I would personally vote Incheon ahead of Singapore if it wasn't for being harrassed at Incheon because of Korean Immigration harrassing me on Wonderland's behalf. That alone makes ICN the worst airport I have ever traveled through (and I have traveled through many) when it should be #1. It really needs to distance itself from Wonderland. |

I was at incheon at 4AM a couple months ago and I swear all the restaurants on the arrivals floor were open. Empty, but open. |

I spent the night In Singapores airport back in 2007 and rate it as the best one i've been to. Better than ICN. Has stuff like free games consoles, internet, cinema, outdoor garden etc. |

But that's not the airport's fault. That's an issue with the Immigration authorities. I think I've asked you this before, but don't remember. Why is it that you can't get that harassment stopped? |

The food selection at Incheon is not that good. No wonder McDonald's at the Incheon airport so fricking busy. |
