As the trash talk fades we can look at the league (keeping in mind the game tonight).
Some did better than others. If you chose Tevez that was a good move. If you chose Aguero (me) then you're ruing your luck.
Ive got a couple of Man U and Everton players that I hope can get me back near the top of the table after tonight. Please don't get injured lads. And Aguero - get well soon. |

Bump.
Thought i'd resurrect this thread and see how everyone is doing. I'm first in every other league i'm in apart from this one. Damn you, Jimskins!
Do any of you go to K-league games? I might go to one when the weather improves and I run out of beer in my apartment. |

Ho ho ho.
But it's getting tight, only 10 points in it now. Cant wait for the madness of that double gameweek to come.
Haven't been to a K League game since I lived in Daegu near the World Cup stadium -I used to get to nearly every home game. I remember one season they lost about 10 in a row. Terrible, terrible football to watch.
Living in Seoul for the past couple of years Ive only been to world cup qualifiers and that Barcelona friendly. Are Seoul FC worth watching these days? Might pop along and have a few beers when the weather warms up.
Now foot-me-till-i-fart! |

I went to see Seoul FC a couple of years ago and it was okay. Not the greatest level of football but decent enough for the price, and having a couple of beers made it all the better.
I still can't get with the cheerleaders in the crowd that scream and shout shitty songs for the duration of the game. Then when I shout something at the players I get a strange look from everyone in the immediate area.
It's football, Jim. But not as we know it. |

It's getting to close for comfort this week. I'm enjoying it.
Also, are we all going to meet for a couple of drinks sometime near the end of the season? |

It's tense stuff, thought I had it sewn up then 3 poor gameweeks in a row and im farting on my feet. Loving it though, the closer it is the more exciting.
Yeah Im up for having a few beers and trading yarns ofouble gameweek disasters, 12 point hits gone awry and other fond memories. |

Congratulations to Seoulman69 on his victory and a big thank you to everyone else who played. I'll set another one up next season, perhaps a small wager could be a good idea to provide manager of the month prizes etc and give everyone something to play for until the end.
As you can see above Seoulman has suggested a couple of beers to toast his triumph. Im up for it, anyone else in? |
