I'm polishing up my CV, cover letters, and documents for applying to uni positions for fall 2012, and I have received a letter of recommendation from my BMCOE/EPIK co-teacher, but it's in Korean.

Will this be a problem for uni job applications?

Really, if it's a Korean Uni position why would it be a problem? Use it.
