Hello, I'm about to start applying for my second year in Korea (hopefully starting in August). However, I will be in Germany between now and then.
I remember having to visit the Korean embassy in London to get my E2 visa. Does anyone know if it is possible to do this outside your home country??

Yes, as long as you have the visa confirmation number issued by Korean immigration AND meet the residency requirements of the embassy/consulate (they sometimes vary depending on YOUR country of origin) you can get it done anywhere on the planet.
