What you want is to find a place that does one of the following two:
- Park Golf (파크골프). There's a Park Golf course at the World Cup Park. If you've never played before, there's a short training stint for you before you head off for your round. The round fee is 4,000 won and the equipment rental fee is 1,000 won.
- Ground Golf (그라운드골프). I'm having trouble finding information for a venue in Seoul, but as soon as I do, I'll post one. The folks at the Park Golf course above may know of one.
Neither of these is putt putt golf; however, I have heard Koreans refer to both versions with that term in English. They're both fun games, though. The link for Ground Golf includes informative videos at the bottom.
Park Golf is played on what's essentially a smaller version of a regular golf course and the target is a hole on a small green for each hole. Ground Golf is also played on a smaller version of a golf course; however, the target is the bottom of a circular cage (with a flag on top of the cage so you know where the target is) set at a stated distance for each hole.
They're both fun games and, like putt putt, you can play a round using only one club. |

There used to be an actual Putt-Putt-style golf center on the rooftop of the Yongsan I-Park Mall, but I haven't been there in a few years, so I don't know if it's still there. |

That sounds like Par 3 golf. That would be fun to play. I really hate screen golf and can't understand how it's fun to just hit a ball into a screen. I was talking about this the other day how I would love to go to a putt-putt style place. |

Park Golf is a blast. It's cheap, doesn't require massive amounts of space, nor does it require great skill. If you're a complete duffer, though, you might not enjoy it. |
