| Is this YBM ECC? I had always heard the payments were gauranteed by their head office? |

lol
i was at the howon branch. i actually left there in december 2005. since then, some have posted here with good experiences. i never met such people when i worked there. there was a real "grin and bear it" mentality amongst the foreign teachers. people were literally counting down the days until they left starting around the 3 month prior mark. i stayed because i liked my students, was good friends with many of the teachers at both schools (still am, and i left korea in 2008), and 3 people pulled runners when i was there and i experienced what it was like to take on a s%#tload of extra work in a subsequently bitter environment.
i will never endorse this school. there have been too many casualties. |

| Oh yes. My American friend who works at a hagweon in Uijeongbu often tells me the same horror story of Uijeongbu ECC. It's quite famous nowadays in that area. |
