Filmmaker Olivier Mamets short movie offers a look at a mysterious and deadly outbreak as it quickly migrates across the globe. Not exactly the most uplifting film youll see today, but a well-crafted one nonetheless.

"Safe packs a lot of story into its thirteen minutes of running time. The short film follows a female college student who works at the money exchange window at an illegal gambling center. As she is being stalked by a male gambling addict, she runs around looking for somewhere safe, for a way to save her life. In the end, she locks herself inside the safe in her office and gives herself up to despair." |
