First off, is some poster telling a poster who actually lives in Incheon how easy it is to get from Incheon to Seoul. Sorry, I'll trust the word of someone who actually lives there. Based on what people who live there say, it would appear Incheon is NOT right next door and part of Seoul.

The essential flaw in "Cohiba's rule" is that it reflects its formulator's mindset & requirements, not everyone's.
A few westerners in Korea are quite happy living relatively far from Seoul. |
Actually, down in Gyeongnam A LOT of NETs here prefer Busan to Seoul not just to party, but also to live and work in. There's also a Daegu loving strain. |

| It really does depend on how close to a subway stop you live, but I'm about 15 minutes from the train by bus (7 minutes by taxi) and then it's a quick 45 minute train ride to Yongsan, but I'd have been in the outskirts of Seoul for at least 10 minutes by then anyway. |
