A person I know had a guy come into her home and sexually assault her. He was arrested, tried and convicted. His sentence? THREE YEARS. Expect the same here. |

You think he'll get three years? This particular guy was arrested many times before, so that will be considered in the sentencing I think. Also, rape and sexual assualt are different. I am interested to see what happens. As an owner (or partial owner?) of a plastic sugery clinic he might be rich. I hope he doesn't buy his way out of this.

Rape is rape no matter the nationality of the person who rapes you and since 95% of people in Korea are Koreans, I'd expect most rapists to be Koreans. |

Yep, Vietnam has a lot of sexual assaults against foreign teachers and there has been a huge problem with Viet Kieu gangs in the U.K. and North America since the 1970s (AZN Boys for instance). |
