In my town, one of the larger, richer apartment complexes have a decent modern fitness facility in the basement that is also open to the public. More expensive than these neighborhood gyms, but quite worth it. So, I'm wondering about bigger metropolitan cities and Seoul if it's the same pattern. Just scoping out other areas.

My apartment building on the outskirts of Seoul has a fitness center in it - it's small and doesn't have much equipment, but it is like right there, so I use it.
