If that's how you feel, why not just pay the "old ajummas and ajusshis" to dig holes, then fill them back in? That way we get no litter (no matter how quickly they're cleaned up, it's better if it's never there in the first place) and jobs.

By the way, have you ever heard of the "broken window fallacy"? 'Cause you've just committed it.

Seriously, this isn't any different from any other "crackdown" in Korea. It'll last a week at most, and then it's back to business as usual. It seems to me that law enforcement agencies in Korea are capable of enforcing only one law at a time.

I don't get it, it says
