I like the AFN station here in Seoul (102.7) pretty well for English programming and western music.

I listen to online stations via Tunein and stuff. E-FM is horrible.

Go to 'mikes radio world'. They have a list of radio stations from around the world. I dip in and out of them.
I also use the bbcs podcasts downloads and australias 'triple J station'.

Best K-program is the Bae Cheolsu camp on MBC-fm, from 6-8pm. He really knows his music and will play quality tunes from all different genres.
