I already have my certificate, but this looks like a mighty fine deal. Is TESOLS.com really an internationally recognized certification? Anyone heard of them? |

The coupon expires 120 days after purchace, not the cert. The cert never expires.
And OP, TESOL is TESOL is TESOL. They don't care where you get it from, at least not in Korea. |

Internationally recognized, but not accredited. It probably doesn't matter for most positions here, but nevertheless, buyer beware. |

^This. My TESOL cert shaved a semester off of my MA program because it was accredited and graduate-school level. |

It shaved nine credits off of mine. But I think you have go to a university that will accept the credits. In some cases that means if you take a TESOL or TEFL course accredited by so and so university, you have to get the Masters from so and so university. |

More and more a Master's is becoming the accepted standard of entry level. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a Master's degree make sure it can compete with the other entry level Master's. |

If you are staying in Korea then Sookmyung is a great school to do an MA TESOL - I have heard it is a really demanding course. |
