Related to my recent post requesting info about skylife tv I would like to let people know about my experiences with Hello tv/internet. Maybe it will help someone in the future.

The company CJ Hello Vision has been hellish to deal with. They have no English phone line and when I tried to use Korean they would frequently hang up on me. Their service has been terrible. My internet frequently becomes disconnected for no reason and the tv service is often faulty too. The price is average for most ISPs but they are so far below par the companies my friends use it is a waste of money.

In summary I would avoid Hello tv/internet and advise everyone else to avoid them too.

Sorry about that. I've had Olleh Skylife for more than four years and though it is expensive, it is the best in Korea for English-language channels.

I've used their service (net & basic cable 26k/mo) for two years now without issue. Granted, I havent had to deal with customer service, but the guys who set it up seemed knowledgeable & left a card to call.
