I currently have Hello tv/internet and it's not very good. I have the basic package and they recently changed it so I don't get MBC ESPN sports anymore. I need to watch the EPL soccer so I searched google and apparently Skylife is the best. It has Star Sports and a host of other English channels. That all sounds great, but I have a couple of questions. I will ask the reps but I'd like to hear from some people who have experience of paying for it.
Here are the questions:

How much are you paying for the tv/internet bundle?

Will I need a satellite dish?

I think I need a 3 year contract but what happens when I move apartment? Do they move the equipment for me?

Do they have an English service phone number?

Are there any things I need to know, or things you wish you knew before you signed for it?

Any answers will be very helpful so please respond if you have skylife.

Thanks.

I don't know if they have an English help desk but I've had Olleh Skylife for three years and no complaints.

I pay around 60,000 won a month for all of the channels save Catch One and the other premium stuff, Internet phone and broadband of 100mps.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply on this thread and the other one.
I called the helpdesk and they said they would send a guy round tomorrow. They are quoting me just over 34,000won for the tv and internet. I don't think that's the same as yours though, but I'll check everything when the guy arrives tomorrow. This is for the 3 year contract.
