Hi!
just purchase in Ebay some electronic item cost (over 2 million won), how to avoid TAX, Customs Duty etc... should i ask seller to send item as gift? what is better option to me?

Even as a gift, at 2 million won, unless it is covered under the FTA you are going to pay to import it.

whats that mean FTA?
well, how much will cost to me import tax if the item price about 1900 usd?

IF the item is covered under the FTA then there is only the VAT to pay.
If it is NOT covered under FTA then there is duty, VAT and potentially a luxury tariff as well (since we don't know what it is).
