He knew that I already had a line and so he specifically mentioned KT as a carrier that would allow me to have the second line. I got the vibe though that it was all a little discretionary and nothing really set in stone.
As it turns out though, another issue is the installment plan limits as mentioned above.
You can only have one device currently on an installment plan (where you get the device for free up front and are paying the device cost back monthly). So, he said I could pay off the remainder of my current phone and start a new monthly installment for the tablet (Galaxy Note 10.1). I decided I will just buy the Note 10.1 upfront tomorrow, with support for LTE/4g, but only use WiFi for now. I didn't actually want another phone number anyhow, I just wanted the device, so I will buy it upfront with the option to add phone/data support whenever I want to.

Thats strange. I have both my phones set up that way so I can just pay them as I have them. I have the option to pay them off at anytime that I choose, or just wait for the contract to finish. |

Yeah, that seems different from what I was told.  Ah well, I'm definitely used to different policies by now, hah. In any case, just waiting to get off work so I can play with this new toy. Cheers~ |
