is it possible to get a dell laptop repaired in korea (battery not charging)?

Ive heard that they only do repairs outside of korea?

If it is more than 2 years old and you have had it plugged in most of the time then all you need is a new battery.

OEM batteries are not hard to find.
Yongsan station, look across the tracks and to the right of the blue building. You'll see the Seon-in building.
Go in the left hand door and about 1/2 way down the hall.

cheers. id thought it may have been because the battery had been overcharged due to power difference maybe? ok, ill have a look down busan this weekend try to get a battery.

Get a Korean friend to help you look on Danawa or Gmarket. Might be easier than trying to find it on foot in Busan.
