I'm guessing the Internet is the cheapest place?

Also, where do you find the English audio video games? Damn GTAV video has got me wanting to play games again.

Also, I plan on going back to the US next year, will I have any issues hooking up a Korean PS3 in the US? Other than the power cord.

I wish Sony would say whether or not the ps4 will play ps3 games.

It won't (at least the physical discs). It's possible they may offer the PS3 catalogue as digital downloads I guess.

Okay to answer your question is easy if you can tell where you live. If you are down south there are various places in daejeon/daegu and busan. If you are towards the middle then you can find some in seoul, songtan etc. The prices vary but usually much cheaper. Also use craigslist/waygook/this site and you might find someone willing to sell theirs.

as Far as any issues the power cord would be the only thing and it seems that you have that covered already.

I recommend heading to Yongsan gamer's alley if you get a chance. Other than that, yeah, Internet is king.

For English audio games, I don't think you have to worry much. If you look on the back of the game, find the info box and find a small picture of a disc in the info grid. If next to the disc it says "영어" you're good to go.

You'll have no issues after you switch the cord.

As someone else mentioned, PS3 games on a cloud kind of service is most likely for next gen. Otherwise the hardware on the PS4 will not include what's necessary to play PS3 games.

I also highly recommend if you get a PS3 to get Playstation+ from the US store. Very valuable service.
