Get Nizoral shampoo from the pharmacy (if you say NeJoRahl Shampoo the pharmacist will know). It is great. Look it up first to see what I'm talking about. About 10 bucks for a bottle, but lasts about 2 months. You only need to use it once every 2 or 3 days. It's a good first step.

If you want to slow it down, you need to go to a doctor and get a prescription for Proscar or Propecia. It will block the sensors on top and prevent the testoterone from attacking th hair cells. It won't re=grow lost hair, so get at it quickly.

One is more expensive; one is cheaper because you cut it into 4 pieces and store the rest in a ziplock bag until you take it once daily. Forget that shampoo crap. The pill works the best.

If it's too late for these, nothing regrows hair. NOTHING!! You either get a good wig, toupe, or get a hair transplant. (Research the last one well as there are a lot of quacks who will screw it up, while there are others who do really good work. Don't look for the cheapest option here. But, that's another thread.)

You can walk into any pharmacy and buy Rogaine or Korean equivalent (Minoxidil?) without prescription. It's the spray one not the pill.

just on a side note, does anyone know what that stuff is that is like iron filings that you attach to your bald spots?
I saw it on the internet and looks pretty good albeit a bit expensive.

By the way, stay away from hair transplants. I met a guy who had one done and he proudly exclaimed 'look! you cant see the difference!'. I was almost squirming with embarrassment. The forestry commission could have done a less obvious job...

Take biotin pills and use biotin shampoo...

and also, perhaps, zinc and multivitamins.

hmm, koreans have very good combovers and hair dye, not hair.

Is stress a cause of your hair loss? how long have tou been here? maybe its your diet (iron) or the water?

have yourself a read of this and dont beleive what anyone tells you, bald predjudice is REAL!

Minoxidil and Retin A, together and see if they stop it. Otherwise embrace being bald in the future.
