I was watching the news last night and saw some of the damage being done across Korea.

Has anyone's apt been affected yet?

I live halfway up Namsan so it is a bit difficult for my apartment to get flooded. But I did notice while crossing the Han this morning that it has risen rather high.

I do my training on an island in Han river. It's submerged.
Pro: smell of sewage from nearby plant has subsided.
Con: I'm getting cramps from lack of activity.

I'm probably an unknowing neighbor of Zyzyfer so it also has no affect on me, but I was watching the news last night with the ladyfriend and the coverage made it seem pretty bad. That bridge that has the under bridge going to I think Gangnam (?) was flooded over and she said it was saying that Gangwondo got rocked hard. She also told me that over a million people had died in China from flooding issues this year, and I had a 'holy f*** how did I not hear about this serious catastrophe', moment... but it turned out that she meant to say over a hundred. Surprised

Over a million hahaha, if that didn't make news then the end times have come and gone already.

I did catch a bit of news on the TV during lunch. Chuncheon and Gangwon-do in general looked pretty bad. Like cars being swept helplessly down streets and whatnot.

I'm in northeast seoul and it's a mess along the streams/river I run along. Weird seeing benches not even that close to the water look like that's been swallowed whole by grass/mud/weeds/etc.

The residential/business areas though, about the same as always
